Al Savò la giornata incomincia presto ed è scandita dai tempi necessari per ottenere la massima qualità delle preparazioni servite e il miglior servizio.
La mia filosofia di cucina Cucinare.
Per me vuol dire sviluppare arte e creatività, nel rispetto degli equilibri tecnici e organici. Operare con coerenza e rispetto alla ricerca di prodotti biologici. Combinare gli alimenti tra loro esaltandone le caratteristiche organolettiche. Offrire al cliente un menu fatto di piatti classici e creativi, di scelta e di consigli soprattutto, di passione e amore, di cure e suggerimenti sul modo migliore di “nutrirsi”…

La creatività.

E’ il metro che segna la differenza tra la cucina di casa e la cucina dei grandi chef, trasformando la nostra, irrinunciabile, tradizione in qualcosa di più. E’ cosi che sono venuti fuori anche tanti piatti classici attuali. Basta fare un passo indietro nel tempo e immaginare che un panettiere che con l’ausilio dei pomodorini, del fiordilatte e di foglioline di basilico, nello spianare una “pagnottella di pane” ha dato origine a una delle combinazioni alimentari più apprezzate nel mondo: la pizza margherita.

Io credo in tutto questo.
La mia professionalità è stata fortificata dalle molteplici tecniche acquisite in alcune scuole settore di grande fama e in alberghi e ristoranti, sia nazionali che internazionali, dove gastronomia è sinonimo di ospitalità ed eleganza.Mi reputo molto fortunato anche perché vivo in un posto dove posso scegliere tra i tanti prodotti, ittici o agricoli, che il nostro territorio sa regalarci con abbondanza. Penso soprattutto che un buon pasto lo si può apprezzare dopo la buona o cattiva digestione dovuta alla qualità degli alimenti impiegati nelle ricette dei piatti proposti.

  This is the spot to visit!  Please ignore the negative reviews from other people - they are most likely from obnoxious tourists who do not understand how to behave in a foreign place.  This family-owned gem could not have been cuter, the staff is super friendly and appreciative of every guest, and the food was great.   Tucked away at the bottom of Atrani, right next to the beach, this family-owned (and served) spot serves GREAT food. They were so nice. The owner and her family run the place, and their adorable French Bulldog adds a unique touch, watching guests from the restaurant entrance. The family’s friendly service was warm and welcoming.   Amazing dinner last night at Ristorante Savo. Seafood was so fresh & cooked to perfection. Portion sizes very generous & so delicious. Almost impossible to find this quality in Australia - so make sure if you are Australian, this restaurant is on your list. We had the Alice marinate, pasta with plenty of shell fish and a great selection of grilled seafood - matched with an aromatic inexpensive local wine! An experience to treasure and dream to repeat. The staff - all the family members of the owner-chef - were just great and had the privilege to personally thank the very busy chef at the end.

  The food here was amazing! This was my favorite meal in Italy so far because of how fresh everything, especially the seafood, tasted. It’s a family run business and everyone was so nice and friendly :) Carla and Elia served us and were wonderful. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.
